Yes
3:Whar are your terms of payment?
TT with 30% deposit, or LC at sight, PAYPAL, west union.
4:How long and how to get a sample from us?
a) If you need some samples to test, we can send you some stock samples for the check. But the shipping cost on your account.
b) If you need to custom sample as per your request, please provide us PDF or AI for Making. You should pay for the transportation freight of samples and sample cost(while the sample cost can be refundable if the order is confirmed)
c) Lead time for making sample:7-14 days
d) The transportation freight of samples: the freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.
5:What is the MOQ?
Our items got different MOQ, feel free to contact us with the item you want, we`ll let you know.
6:What is the lead time?
For generic products that we have inventory, lead time can be as short as 3-15 days.
For customisation orders(customised products), the lead time is about 30-60days.
